DogPack404, a former Jimmy "MrBeast" employee, has provided an update on the domestic violence allegations he made against James Warren. For context, in a video uploaded on August 29, 2024, the YouTuber stated that Warren was MrBeast's cousin and the organization's "secret CEO."
DogPack404 also claimed to have heard that James Warren was a "very aggressive" person who was allegedly charged with domestic violence. However, he insisted that he was still looking into the allegations because there were "a lot of people" named James Warren in North Carolina.
On September 5, 2024, DogPack404 took to X to state that the information he received about James Warren's domestic violence case was "most likely wrong." Claiming that "none of his sources" were aware of this information, he wrote:
"The 6 NC criminal court cases were not for DV (domestic violence). I still have some FOIA requests out but an alleged current MrBeast employee reached out to me giving their side of the story. I think this person is mistaken with a lot of details but I do now believe the James Warren DV case that circulated the office was most likely the wrong James Warren, of course, none of my sources knew that."

"I'm not a professional journalist or investigator" - DogPack404 addresses community after saying domestic charges against MrBeast's "secret CEO" were "most likely wrong"
DogPack404 continued, saying he contacted the person who "found the charges" against James Warren, but they did not respond. Admitting that he should have waited for the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests before bringing up the domestic violence charges, he wrote:
"I tried multiple times to get in touch with the person who allegedly 'found the charges' before making my video and did not get a response. I should have waited on the FOIA requests before mentioning the DV charges allegations. However, I believe I was clear in my video that they were just allegations of charges (charges are themselves unproven accusations) not convictions."
Furthermore, DogPack404 stated that he was not a professional journalist or investigator, adding that his goal was to bring "credible allegations to light":
"I'm not a professional journalist or investigator, my goal is just to bring credible allegations to light so they can be properly investigated and people can be held accountable. I still believe there are other credible allegations involving James Warren that need to be investigated."
MrBeast has yet to respond to allegations of faking videos, running illegal lotteries, and selling fake signatures made by DogPack404.
