In his first stream since being accused of non-consensually sharing explicit recordings, Kick streamer Steven "Destiny" has condemned the act of sharing things without consent. The content creator addressed people supporting and accusing him online of not defending such actions on his January 27, 2025 stream.
For context, earlier this month (January 2025), Destiny was accused of sharing explicit material by Twitch streamer Pxie who claimed he had made her into a "victim of revenge p*rn" after she allegedly found out that recordings of her sexual interactions were supposedly shared without consent. Since then, another content creator, Chaeiry, has accused Steven of taking and sharing intimate recordings without consent.
While Destiny has addressed the allegations in a Reddit post in the past and denied knowingly sharing such material, in his latest stream the Kick streamer urged his viewers to not defend the act of sharing things non-consensually:
"What I'll say is the most important thing, okay? Regardless of what you have heard online or regardless of your desire to simp for me or sh*t on me or simp for anybody else or whatever, obviously, taking any things sharing any things non-consensually is never good. Don't ever do that, don't ever defend that. Don't be that guy."
Destiny also noted that some people discussing the allegations had insinuated that the non-consensual sharing of images does not matter. The Kick streamer urged people to refrain from thinking in that way, claiming that such a narrative is "not cool":
"I only say that because I saw some people were typing sh*t over this past week who were like, 'Oh, this doesn't matter. Who cares if this did even happen?' That's not cool, okay?"
Destiny says he cannot properly defend himself publicly due to legal issues
After discussing why nobody should be supporting the sharing of materials without consent, Destiny noted that the threat of litigation severely hampers his ability to defend himself publicly from the online communities that are supposedly "praying" for his downfall. The streamer said:
"Number 1, don't be that guy. Number 1, who's defending anything like that. Number 2, there are a lot of communities that are praying on my downfall. Okay? Because all of this is now super public, but because this is also coupled with litigation or threats of litigation, um, it kind of restricts the public movements that I can make."
In the very same stream, he also made it clear that he would not be able to talk about the allegations because of the legal consequences.
At one point in the stream, Destiny said:
"I'm glad that I've inspired so many people to go the litigation route. However, unfortunately, that severely restricts what would be wise for me or what I am capable of saying publicly about anything. I do look forward to the continuation of and ideally the resolution of that process. Hopefully sooner rather than later."
The streamer also mentioned that his "two legal teams" would not like him to talk about the lawsuits at all. Readers should note that an alleged police report against Destiny has already been filed.
