Controversial livestreamer Herschel Beahm, better known as Dr DisRespect, has announced exclusive content on X titled Behind the Shades. The news comes hours after it was reported that the social media platform had monetized his account on December 13.
Dr DisRespect recently joined Rumble, and X will be yet another website where the streamer is slated to release exclusive content. In a post on X, the Doc announced Behind the Shades, which is a play on behind-the-scenes and the fact that he wears sunglasses (shades) while streaming.
He also made an official announcement on his most recent livestream on December 13, informing his viewers that they can subscribe on X:
"It's nothing crazy champs, it's nothing crazy. But champs, you can now subscribe to the Two-Time on X."
What is Behind the Shades? Dr DisRespect explains what subscribers on X will get for $4.99 a month
For those wondering what the exclusive content on X titled Behind the Shades will entail, the Doc has laid out his plans in his broadcast. The streamer revealed that subscribing to him on X will allow viewers access to behind the scene content, and HD wallpapers and that he might also be uploading custom-edited things and full VODs to his streams which will complement his content on Rumble:
"What do you get? You get to see what's Behind the Shades as we like to call behind-the-scenes exclusive content, HD wallpapers. I'm considering uploading straight-up full VODs, potentially custom-edited stuff. Something that goes hand-in-hand with Rumble."
Dr DisRespect acknowledged the X team, thanking them for setting things up, and also talked about the price of subscriptions, stating that it will be $4.99 per month, which is lower than the current tier-1 sub rate for Twitch in the US ($7.99):
"So, shoutout to the X team for setting it up for the Two-Time. How much is it? I am not trying to push anything on you guys but I am the best, let's just take that into consideration. $4.99 a month, uncut."
Dr DisRespect remains banned from Twitch and his YouTube account was demonetized amid allegations of grooming earlier this year.
