Dr DisRespect slams Call of Duty Warzone and Black Ops 6 for Squid Game collaboration and claims "they lost everyone"

Rumble streamer Herschel "Dr DisRespect" recently expressed his contentment with Call of Duty Warzone and Black Ops 6 for their collaboration with Squid Game for the release of the second season of the highly anticipated Netflix series. The streamer talked about the matter while waiting in queue for a match in Warzone during his livestream on Rumble.

While expressing his recent observations about the game's player base, he slipped in his concerns about the collaboration, stating:

"Let me rephrase that one more time, they lost everyone. Right? I'll rephrase that one more time, this sh**ty direction because of Squid Games, they lost everyone from Black Ops 6. I'll rephrase that one more time, all they people they gained from Black Ops 6, they lost them. There it is. Finally got it out, man. There it is. They lost all of them"

"No one's playing this game": Dr DisRespect speculates discontentment within Call of Duty Warzone and Black Ops 6 player base due to Squid Games collaboration

Former Twitch and YouTube content creator Dr DisRespect is now primarily hosting his content on Rumble, an "alt-tech" streaming platform. The streamer was demonetized on YouTube for his involvement in the Twitch Whisper controversy, which earned him a permanent ban from the Amazon-owned platform in June 2020.

Now, he has been appointed by Rumble to lead the platform's gaming section and act as an advisor for the community. The streamer is also providing content exclusive to Rumble Premium users, which is the platform's ad-free subscription service.

With the queuing process in Call of Duty Warzone taking a much longer duration than expected, Dr DisRespect stated:

"So we had to take a break, got our Marvel Rivals gold to platinum checkmark. Now we're here, back in Warzone, taking thirty minutes just to find a solo game 'cause no one's playing this game. I saw some stats, I think the game lost it's entire player base and potentially more..."
