Several clips of Kick streamer Ac7ionMan getting into a physical altercation after some verbal exchanges with F3 Energy CEO Harrison Rogers have gone viral on social media. While there was no real violence, the streamer claimed that he would be going to court after being pushed by Rogers.
The altercation occurred during Ice Poseidon's recent livestream on Kick and as mentioned, clips portraying the incident have garnered a lot of attention after being reshared on social media websites like X. While many viewers trolled Ac7ionMan for claiming to take legal action over the whole incident, the streamer has made his intentions quite clear.
In a reply to one of the clips on X, the Kick streamer stated:
"Easiest lawsuit ever."
Ac7ionMan claims F3 Energy's CEO assaulted him over a sponsorship disagreement
Ac7ionMan is a fairly controversial figure in the streaming industry. He was recently banned on Twitch after he had Ice Poseidon show up on a stream wearing a mask. As such, the two are close associates and frequently collaborate on Kick.
On August 28, he was featured on Ice Poseidon's stream, as they met up with F3 Energy's CEO Harrison Rogers. Their interaction, however, became heated after Ac7ionMan insulted Harrison. At one point, the streamer even asked the CEO to punch him:
"I am so glad you came here. Yeah, punch me dude. Punch me, dude. Yeah you are going to punch me, dude? Do it dude. Do it b**ch. Your mom's a b**ch and so is your family, pu**y."
Harrison Rogers went up to the streamer and pushed him before being pulled away by others in the room. Ac7ionMan then laughed and claimed that he was going to sue the former:
"You just laid your hands on me. Now, you are getting sued. Now you are getting sued. You just laid your hands on me infront of a few thousand people. Enjoy your lawsuit, pu**y. Holy sh*t, you are as dumb as you look."
Later, on X, the streamer even shared the clip from @Clippedszn, claiming that it was assault and that he would see the F3 Energy CEO in court:
"Violent CEO of @F3Energy @HarrisonJRogers assaults me live on stream. See you in court you lunatic," stated Ac7ionMan.
The altercation appears to have stemmed from Harrison's friction with the streamer back in May. At the time, he seemingly called out Ac7ionMan, who was sponsored by F3 Energy, as he did a stream on an RV while promoting the drink. However, the CEO pulled the sponsorship, claiming that the brand's message did not match the streamer's content.
Thereafter, the F3 Energy CEO even made a post about the Kick streamer:
"I have nothing against @Ac7ionMan. I wish him the best, it is just clear our brands/messages are not representative of each other. It’s unfortunate that his audience loves to abuse him and not let him evolve into healthier ambitions," wrote Harrison Rogers in a post on X dated May 26.
"Dude this is a terrible take. We toned it down so much. You know threatening to report the RV stolen was insane. But yeah the tour goes on. And of course ratio."
The F3 Energy CEO retorted, claiming that the Kick creator had kept on doing things he was specifically asked not to do.
"We have clip after clip that you’ve asked for, showing all the activities you promised not to do. You are literally recording doing what you’re now arguing that you didn’t do? No need to bash or anything."
While the Kick streamer appears set to take legal action, it remains to be seen if he will actually take Harrison Rogers to court over the altercation that occurred on Ice Poseidon's stream. That said, Ac7ionMan has yet to provide an update on the matter.
