The OnlyFangs World of Warcraft (WoW) server is in full swing with creators on Twitch creating content around the game. An example of this is EsfandTV, who has been a long-time Mizkif associate and a member of the Twitch creator group, OTK. Recently, EsfandTV said that certain streamers on the OnlyFangs server may be taking shortcuts.
He delved into the topic of OnlyFangs "add-ons" during a January 26 livestream with hip-hop artist bbno$ and FPS gaming legend Mike "Shroud." While discussing the tools designed to prevent unfair play and combat cheating, bbno$, a member of the OnlyFangs guild, said that he does not use these add-ons.
Esfand surprisingly stated that this concept was not uncommon:
"The amount of people that turn off the add-on and do that and don't tell everybody is insane. (I don't play with any add-ons) Dude, it's crazy dude."
Essentially, the OnlyFangs guild has faced its share of controversies related to in-game conduct and the use of add-ons. In November 2024, guild member Sequisha was accused of bypassing an add-on restriction to access the in-game auction house, violating the guild's rules against trading with non-guild members.
This incident led to internal conflicts and discussions about appropriate punishment being imposed for such actions.
"That many people are breaking the rules?": Shroud questions EsfandTV about the alleged OnlyFangs add-on violation

The plot thickened as Esfand explained to Shroud that there was a second Discord server for these rule-breakers, who apparently discussed bypassing these add-ons:
"You think that many people are breaking the rules? ('Dude, there's a second Discord', said EsfandTV) For cheaters? Are you part of this Discord?"
Esfand then explained that he sometimes spies on these illicit activities and soon enough, the cheaters would be exposed:
"No, I'm a spy, and here's the crazy part... the expose is coming and you guys know who you are."
Shroud later said that although he's part of the OnlyFangs guild, he hasn't had the time to level up, especially because he's been pre-occupied by NetEase's latest title, Marvel Rivals:
"I've been level 50 for three weeks. Yeah, 'cuz... Marvel Rivals, Marvel Rivals came out and I got hooked, and we were setting the... whole charity month."
For context, in January 2025, Shroud hosted a month-long charity event called the "Fragathon" in memory of his late father, who passed away from cancer in August 2023. The event aimed to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
