After announcing his "homecoming" on Twitch, Bruce "BruceDropEmOff" hosted his first livestream on the Amazon-owned platform on June 3, 2024. While interacting with his audience, the content creator talked about his experience broadcasting on Kick, describing it as the "worst time" he'd had in his streaming career.

The former One True King (OTK) member elaborated:

"...Worst I've been on Kick for a year. I'm not going to lie to you. It was the worst time I've ever had in streaming. In the beginning, it was cool. But I learned so much s**t behind the scenes, from like, being behind the scenes and knowing s**t - it just kind of f**ked up my love for streaming being on that side if I'm being honest with you."

BruceDropEmOff claimed that he became "lazy," and that broadcasting on the Stake-backed platform "killed" his motivation because there was "no creativity."

He said:

"Because I got lazy. And yeah, you n**ga*s have probably seen the number I was making an hour. I ain't going to say if it's true or not because that ain't none of your damn business! But, you know what I'm saying? It killed my motivation for it because there was no creativity within it. It was just do the craziest s**t or you're lame."

BruceDropEmOff continued:

"Or it's like - go outside and argue with a n**ga or you're lame. Or suck a d**k on stream or n**ga, you're quilly. The f**k? 'Why are you not sucking a d**k or n**ga, you're quilly! Put the d**k in your mouth, n**ga, you're quilly!' It didn't make sense, chat. It never made sense at all!"

BruceDropEmOff calls out xQc for saying he "didn't believe" in Kick, the latter responds

During the same Twitch stream, BruceDropEmOff called out Felix "xQc" for saying he "didn't believe" in Kick as a platform. While commenting on the French-Canadian personality's Adderall use, the 23-year-old stated:

"Yeah, like, everybody that felt xQc - n**ga, you don't even... when that s**t happened, n**ga, you reacted to that s**t quicker than you take an Adderall pill, bro. And now you're talking about something I didn't believe in it? Dang!"

BruceDropEmOff added:

"What are you talking about? Like, why are you even speaking on me, bro? I wasn't speaking on nobody. Like, I don't be in n**ga's business. I ain't worried about your... n**ga, as far as I know, you came to Kick after I came!"

In response, xQc posted an update on X. Insinuating that Bruce "never gave feedback or criticism," the Quebec native accused the streamer of "bad-mouthing the product."

He tweeted:

"Never giving feedback or criticism, but bad-mouths the product and experience after the fact. Result to ad homs as soon as any pushback is met. Textbook crashout 101. Where was this energy before? Gotcha."

In other news, controversial streamer Nermin "Cheesur" made headlines on June 1, 2024, for making contentious remarks about BruceDropEmOff's return to Twitch. The following day, Cheesur got banned from Kick.
