YouTuber Nikocado Avocado recently went viral after uploading a video following a seven-month hiatus. In his 25-minute video, Nicholas claimed that he had lost 250 pounds and carried out the "greatest social experiment" of his life.

Avocado said:

"Year after year, after year, for as long as I tell the internet that I am the villain. Stories that permeate and linger, and infect the minds of the ants. Influence the ants. Brainwash the ants. You are the ants. Today I woke up from a very long dream, and I also woke up having lost 250 pounds off of my body."

The YouTuber added that he had been two steps ahead of everyone and added:

"Just yesterday, people were calling me fat and sick, and boring, and irrelevant. People are the most messed up creatures on the entire planet, and yet I've still managed to stay two steps ahead of everyone! The joke's on you."

Nikocado Avocado's video sparked speculation about his alleged 250 pounds weight loss in just seven months, as he had not uploaded any content during that time. Some even suggested that he used the weight-loss drug Ozempic. However, Avocado never specified a timeline for his transformation.

Contrary to the rumors, Nikocado Avocado did not lose 250 pounds in seven months. Instead, he lost weight in two years. An X user, @FearedBuck, first shared images of Avocado's before and after weight loss journey, falsely claiming it took place in seven months.

Subsequently, X added a Community Note clarifying that Avocado's weight loss happened over two years, not seven months. Readers added links to a couple of his YouTube videos, where the YouTuber said he did not make any videos "for like two years."

Additionally, Complex reported that the YouTuber managed to keep his weight loss hidden from the public for two years. Hence, the claims about him losing 250 pounds in seven months are false.

Most of his content over the past two years was pre-recorded, as he kept working on losing weight off-camera. The seven-month rumor began because Avocado's last video (before his weight loss reveal) was posted seven months ago.

Many fans on X shared the link to another YouTube channel run by Nicholas, where he had uploaded videos three and five months ago, via Community Notes on X.

Kick streamer Ac7ionMan accused Nikocado Avocado of using weight-loss drug Ozempic

Shortly after Nikocado Avocado's video, titled Two Steps Ahead, detailing his weight-loss transformation went viral, popular Kick streamer Ac7ionMan took to X to accuse the content creator of using controversial drugs like Ozempic. He wrote:

"Telling your ozympic is changing peoples lives. This guy was going to die young. Now he lives from taking a shot/pill."

On September 5, YouTuber SunnyV2 also commented on Avocado's YouTube channel, specifically targeting his video titled Bye. SunnyV2 claimed that the mukbang creator had had a "dark realization." The YouTuber said:

"He's interrupted by his pizza delivery, leading to the video's only moment when Nick isn't totally miserable. However, the second he takes a bite, you can see Nikocado's dark realization that he despises his life completely."

Nikocado Avocado has previously spoken about his weight loss journey, claiming that it was not easy for him. The mukbang content creator revealed that he was diagnosed with ADD and OCD during his pre-teen years. He had also mentioned that his problems with weight came due to his unhealthy eating habits and mukbangs.

In 2023, Nikocado Avocado had changed the type of content on his YouTube channel, focusing on a healthy lifestyle instead of promoting unhealthy eating habits and binge-eating. The YouTuber claimed to have lost 89 pounds at that time.
