FaZe Adapt went live on Twitch from the FaZe House in LA on January 9, 2025, and announced that the house was fine amid the nearby wildfires. For context, the California wildfires have made it dangerous for many residents who have been told to evacuate due to safety reasons.

On January 8, many FaZe Clan members, such as Lacy, posted on social media claiming that the group's shared house in Los Angeles may burn down. Another member, Kaysan, announced that his home had already met that fate in a post on X.

However, on January 9, FaZe Adapt went live from his room in the FaZe House and announced that the members were okay and so was the house:

"Chat, we good. We're alright, we're alright you all. FaZe House is alright you all, it's okay."

FaZe Adapt says it got "very scary" at night at the FaZe House during the LA wildfires

The wildfires in Southern California have been raging around LA since January 7, and different parts of town have been severely affected with whole neighborhoods in the Palisades burning down. Considering many popular content creators and streamers live in the city, other personalities have also been affected. Shroud had to announce a pause to his charity marathon to ensure the safety of his peers.

Fans of FaZe Clan were also naturally worried about the LA FaZe House as several members of the group such as Stable Ronaldo, and Plaqueboymax live there. While the fires are still going strong, it seems the house survived the night of January 8.

However, FaZe Adapt did state that things had become "very scary" and "critical" at night. FaZe Adapt also mentioned that the air quality was quite bad:

"No, the air quality is bad. Listen you all, last night it actually was pretty critical. It did get very scary for a second."

The Twitch streamer then whipped out an N95 mask and explained that he had not seen one in a long time, referring to the mask mandates during the COVID pandemic:

"I wonder what the air quality is at right now. I have a N95. I haven't seen one of these in mad long."

FaZe House and the org members are not the only ones affected by the fires. Valkyrae had planned a surprise marathon with Cinna from January 9 to commemorate her return to Twitch after five years on YouTube. However, the two sadly informed the viewers that the week-long marathon had to be postponed due to the wildfires.
