Richard "FaZe Banks" has revealed how much money the FaZe Clan streamers earned during their recently concluded September subathon. On October 2, 2024, FaZe Banks and other FaZe Clan members appeared on the NELK Boys' Full Send Podcast.
At the 43-minute mark, Kyle Forgeard said:
"When money comes in, money does kill everything."
In response, Aaron "Steiny" Steinberg asked FaZe Banks how much the content creators affiliated with the organization earned.
While FaZe Banks did not disclose how much money the streamers made individually, the 32-year-old revealed that the FaZe Clan members earned a staggering $12 million during their subathon in September:
"So, combined total, I don't want to talk about individuals. But combined total, they brought in, like, $12 million."
FaZe Banks believes FaZe Clan streamers "pretend they're broke," claims Adin Ross signed a $50 million contract with Stake
FaZe Banks continued the discussion, stating that FaZe Clan streamers only "pretend they're broke." While saying "that was the meta," the Los Angeles-based personality drew parallels with Adin Ross, highlighting that the Kick streamer's story described a "rags to riches" scenario:
"That's the thing - I think that these guys pretend they're broke. Like, I think that's the meta. I think that's the... you know, Adin Ross, love you to death. That kid is my brother and I'm so happy for him. That kid is a beautiful use case for what, you know, an incredible story looks like - rags to riches. Doing it all on your own. Paving the way."
According to FaZe Banks, Ross signed a $50 million contract with the gambling platform, Stake:
"You know, he caught that fat Stake bag, $50 million, and his content changed a lot. It's going to change a lot. You have a kid that young... (Kyle Forgeard says, 'But he (Adin Ross) is still hot.') Yeah, he is the biggest thing. Adin created a whole thing, but like, Adin, in my opinion, has more potential than anyone. I think Adin could be doing Speed (YouTube streamer IShowSpeed) type numbers. Could be, you know, doing Kai (Twitch streamer Kai Cenat) type productions in streams."

FaZe Banks added that signing a $50 million contract is a "retirement-type number":
"$50 million is like a retiring, like, 'I can call it, now I get to really do what I want' type number. And when you're that young and stuff, and don't have the perspective..."
