On July 7, 2024, FaZe Clan member Jason "Jasontheween" garnered attention on social media after he insinuated that Kick streamer Adin Ross is "racist and misogynistic." During a Twitch livestream, he noticed a viewer commenting that Ross was "better" than him.
In response, Jasontheween said that if the viewer meant that the Florida native was better than him "as in more racist and misogynistic," then Adin Ross would "beat" him.
The FaZe Clan member said:
"'Adin is literally better than your ugly a**.' Bro, if better as in more racist than me... if we had a competition on how much more racist (he is) than me, more misogynistic - yeah, he beat me, bro. He beat me."

Later in the broadcast, Jasontheween's attention was drawn to a fan who made comments about his mother. The streamer labeled the latter an "Adin Ross viewer" and began mocking them, saying:
"'L, your mum.' Adin Ross viewer! Everyone, point and laugh! Everyone f**king point and laugh!"
On the same day, Jasontheween took to his official X Community and said:
"Adin Loyals, no, spare my family, I'm begging, just take me."

Jason Nguyen, better known by his online alias, "Jasontheween," is a well-known Twitch streamer and TikToker. The Fort Worth, Texas native joined the Amazon-owned platform on November 15, 2015. However, he began actively livestreaming from August 2022.
Jasontheween's popularity skyrocketed this year, from April 2024 onwards. A month later, on May 1, 2024, American esports and content creation organization, FaZe Clan, announced the 20-year-old as one of its newest members.
Jasontheween is primarily a Just Chatting content creator, having broadcasted over 2,340 hours under this category. He also plays a variety of games on his channel, with Valorant, Fortnite, Counter-Strike 2, Roblox, and Minecraft being his top five most-played titles.
On July 7, 2024, Jasontheween announced on X that he had officially become a partnered Twitch streamer. While expressing his gratitude to The Streamer Awards' host Blaire "QTCinderella" for her assistance, Jasontheween said:
"Oh, my god, yo! This is some real feeling! We did it! We did it!"
