On December 16, FaZe Clan teased a collaboration with MrBeast with many of the org's members dressed as participants of the Beast Games. The short trailer was shared on social media platforms like X and has garnered a lot of traction. While not much is known about the collaboration, it was announced that FaZe Clan members will be given a challenge on December 17 at 1 pm PST.
The teaser comes on the same day it was announced that MrBeast will be collaborating with live streamer Jynxzi on Twitch for the premiere of Beast Games. As for the FaZe Clan link-up, the teaser trailer features Twitch streamers Silky, Lacy, Stable Ronaldo, Plaqueboymax, Adapt, and Jasontheween.
The six FaZe Clan members were handcuffed to a suitcase in the trailer with MrBeast's mysterious voice announcing that a challenge had been set for them on December 17:
"Welcome contestants. I am sure you are confused by everything will be revealed soon. Your challenge goes live tomorrow, December 17 at 1 pm on Twitch. I will see you in 24 hours, and good luck."
"Y’all popped off with this": MrBeast reacts to FaZe Clan's collaboration teaser trailer and Plaqueboymax asks for a hair transplant
With the release of Beast Games drawing near, MrBeast has been promoting the game show on social media platforms and the FaZe Clan collaboration seems to be part of his strategy to drum up more support. For context, the game show is slated to release on December 19, about two days after the FaZe Clan challenge.
Jimmy himself reacted positively to the trailer on X after it was shared by FaZe Clan, claiming that the members had "popped off":
In response, FaZe member Plaqueboymax has requested the YouTuber to help him get a hair transplant and MrBeast seemingly agreed to make a TikTok video with the Twitch streamer. Readers should note that it has not been confirmed as of yet.
As mentioned earlier, not much is known about the December 17 FaZe Clan x MrBeast collaboration. However, it seems YourRage might be hosting the challenge. In a post in the thread, YourRage talked about it and described the whole thing as "real prank sh*t."
"Im hostin this.. so we can hang these mfs or sum when yall catch them on some real #prank sh*t," wrote YourRage on X.
Readers should note that the "hang these mfs" is clearly a joke and might even be a reference to Kai Cenat's recent controversy where a magician hanged himself during the Mafiathon 2 stream.
