FaZe's new boy and popular Twitch streamer Jason "Jasontheween" (595K followers) produced one of the most wholesome moments within the streaming community this week. During a 48-hour livestream on July 26, 2024, he donated $10k to a family to help cover cancer treatment costs for one of its members.
The entire arrangement was by chance as well. The streamer met up with a stream sniper and later joined him and his family for dinner during which he ended up presenting the money to them. One of the members of the family said:
"I don't feel right taking it (laughs)"
FaZe Jasontheween then explained that he was going to get $10K from the gaming organization because he had streamed the most among the other creators currently signed to FaZe. He said:
"No, I'm about to win $10K. (One of the members asked, 'Doing what?') Most hours. Most hours this month in FaZe. Might as well put it to a good cause. You said you got cancer."
"Wholesome and heartwarming" - Fans react to Jasontheween's generous act during his IRL stream
FaZe's new member, Jasontheween, has once again demonstrated his kind-hearted nature by donating $10K to a family with a cancer patient. Their meeting, which is described as both coincidental and heartwarming, was detailed by a member on r/LivestreamFail. They wrote:
"The entire family was eating dinner and watching Jason's stream together so Jason asked them if he could join them. The decision to join their family gathering resulted in some of the most wholesome and heartwarming content I've seen on Twitch in a minute."
Jasontheween appears to have garnered a positive reputation for himself. Another user wrote:
"One stream he pulled Max aside as he was sh*tting on his chat and concernedly told him to go easy, telling him they pay for his meals."

For those wondering, Jasontheween is not the only new face in FaZe. Other creators who recently joined include Max "Plaqueboymax," Nick "Lacy," and Rico "Silky."
