FaZe clan member and streamer Nick "Lacy" Fosco, recently revealed that he has purchased a new Lamborghini Urus for $300,000 cash. The Urus is a luxury SUV introduced by Lamborghini in 2018. The car is known for combining the performance of a sports car with the practicality of an SUV and it can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds, with a top speed of 305 km/h.
In a recent livestream held on Twitch, Lacy explains how hard work, and streaming for over 250 hours a month allowed him to purchase the vehicle. The reveal was made alongside Cody "Clix", who is a professional Fortnite player for XSET, an e-sports team.
"I'm going to be [in Miami] for like three months out of the year, so when I come out here for a couple of weeks I wanted a new car to move around and sh*t... Streaming is very very very hard ('I mean, it's harder than a normal job', said Clix), I work very hard, a lot of hours, 250 plus hours a month and luckily, I'm blessed enough to show you guys my brand new car."
Lacy also mentions he paid for the car in full, $300,000 in cash.
The streamer also owns a 2024 BMW Competition, a high-performance version of BMW's M4 coupe, which is a blend of power, precision, and luxury, accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in approximately 3.4 seconds.
Lacy's fellow FaZe clan member Stable Ronaldo reacted to the situation, claiming that the streamer's "brand-new car" is an outdated version.
Revisiting FaZe Lacy's journey to success and controversies
Lacy is one of the newest members of FaZe Clan, having joined during the organization’s significant 2024 roster reboot. He quickly became a controversial figure due to his remarks on social media, where he argued that streaming is more challenging than a traditional full-time job.
His comments sparked backlash online, with many criticizing his apparent misunderstanding of what constitutes full-time work hours.
He is also known for his clip-farming tactics, which involve intentionally hyping up moments on stream to generate short-format clips that cause sensation and virality on social media.
Despite the controversy, Lacy remains a prominent and polarizing figure in the gaming and streaming community, with over 800,000 followers on Twitch.
