FaZe YourRage recently criticized Kick for not signing a contract with fellow Clan member FaZe Max, better known as Plaqueboymax. Both streamers recently collaborated when YourRage started calling out the streaming platform, and clips of the incident have garnered a lot of views on social media from fans.

In the stream dated July 19, YourRage called Kick complacent for not getting Plaqueboymax to join and stated:

"If Kick wasn't dumba*s slow f*cking complacent a*s ni**as, y'all could have bagged that ni**a."

"I was one second away": Plaqueboymax said he had a sit down with Adin Ross after FaZe YourRage called out Kick for not giving him a contract

Plaqueboymax had much to add after YourRage claimed that Kick made a blunder by not signing him. The Twitch streamer noted that he had a sitdown with Adin Ross and that a deal with Kick was a "second away":

"Yo, I was right there! I literally had a sit down with Adin himself and Rage was there. A whole sit down, I was one second away!"

Plaqueboymax continued in a dejected voice and announced that now that the opportunity to sign a deal with Kick was gone, he would probably never switch from Twitch:

"But now I will probably never go, I will probably never switch."

As a rival of Twitch, Kick signed a number of the former platform's creators after it went live a couple of years ago. Many prominent streamers including xQc have signed lucrative deals with the Stake-adjacent streaming platform. Kick has also become a haven for content creators who are banned from Twitch.

YourRage was not very happy with the decision, and claimed that his fellow FaZe Clan member had wanted to switch platforms at the time and invoked the name of Eddie Craven, the founder of Kick:

"They sold, they sold, Eddie, Eddie, this ni**a wanted to go. Like, you wanted to go."

Plaqueboymax agreed that he wanted a deal with Kick, revealing that he wanted to do the 100-day subathon on the platform but that now he will be organizing it on Twitch instead:

"Yeah, bro. Yeah, you all know how I am doing the 100 days? I was literally going to do the 100 days on Kick. It's crazy, crazy!"

YourRage continued his criticism, and once again called out Eddie Craven for not signing any big streamer since offering a deal to controversial live streamer Nickmercs:

"They sold, they sold. That ni**a signed who? That ni**a signed Nickmercs and hasn't signed sh*t since."

Plaqueboymax seemed surprised at this bit of information and said:

"Wait, he's over there? I thought he is streaming on Twitch still."

For clarification, Nickmercs signed a non-exclusive deal with Kick last year and has been streaming on both platforms since then. Nickmercs even got temporarily suspended from Twitch a few weeks ago after using a transphobic slur on stream.
