New developments have been disclosed by YouTube creator DogPack404. He is a former employee of Jimmy "MrBeast" whose recent allegations against MrBeast of uploading "rigged videos," running "illegal lotteries," and selling "fake signatures" went viral online.

DogPack404 shared a screenshot of the cease and desist notice that he had allegedly been served by MrBeast's representative law firm. This marks the second time he has allegedly received one from MrBeast's team so far. The post from DogPack404 stated:

"New one, double it and give it to the next person."

DogPack404 shares screenshots of text messages allegedly sent in by other ex-employees under MrBeast after his number was leaked online

The allegations had originally been made by DogPack404 in a video titled I Worked For MrBeast, He's A Fraud, which was uploaded to his YouTube channel on July 24, 2024. These were partially addressed by an employee (@chucky on X) currently working under MrBeast, who was also allegedly the head of the team DogPack404 was working within.

Even though they made remarks on the allegations of the videos and giveaways being allegedly faked and "scripted," they failed to address the accusations of "illegal lotteries" and the forging of signatures. Moreover, apart from stating that these allegations were untrue, no further proof was provided by @Chucky within his post.

Now, within screenshots depicting his conversation with supposed former employees working for MrBeast, an ominous message claims that "James" desires to have private investigators "follow" DogPack404 and reach out to former employees, social media accounts, and other information in an attempt to incriminate him.

"...I heard James wants to have private investigators start following you and looking into every detail of your life. He wants them to reach out to your former employers, find all your social media accounts, your families social media accounts, videos of you, anything."

Further, the message made the allegation that MrBeast's team was looking into ways to try and "discredit" DogPack404, including making allegations of him abusing drugs. Advising DogPack404 that he "take everything down asap", the message stated:

"They already have a google doc listing possible ways to discredit you including: you're on drugs and have mental health problems, your mom is bipolar, you were an obsessed super fan, you were crying begging for your job back after they fired you, you tried to steal company funds, etc. I don't know what's true and what’s not but personally I really think you should just take everything down asap, if you take it down they'll leave you alone."

Addressing the allegations of drug use being made against him by @Chucky, DogPack404 stated that he had "never been a drug user". He stated that he was not trying to "filter" himself and had made the video on MrBeast after thorough research.

Further, he urged MrBeast's team to focus on "disproving the evidence" rather than "publicly destroying" DogPack404's career. He wrote:

"To be clear because some people can't tell when I'm joking I have never been a drug user... Don't really care to filter everything I say through lawyers and PR people, sometimes I say dumb sh**, but my video was well researched. I'd obviously rather mrbeast just focus on disproving the evidence than trying to publicly destroy my character with baseless drug use and mental health accusations, but it appears thats the only option they have."

A former participant and winner of a $1 million challenge, Mark "Manntonic" came to the defense of MrBeast and stated that the YouTuber had provided him with financial assistance for four years without asking for anything back.
