Fortnite streamers MrSavage and Clix are beefing online after the two called each other out for their track record at FNCS tournaments. The Fortnite Champion Series is considered a top-tier championship where professionals duke it out to be named the best player in the world. It is naturally a big deal in the gaming community.
On August 30, 2024, a clip showing MrSavage criticizing Clix went viral after he called out the American Twitch star for not performing as well as him in past FNCS competitions:
"Your f**king coach, my coach, literally said we are on the same level Clix. So, what the f**k are you talking about G? Where is your second place in FNCS man?"
MrSavage then insinuated that the North America region is the easiest in the game's esports circuit:
"Jesus bro, this guy has been playing in the f**king easiest region for seven years and he hasn't won an FNCS and he is saying I suck. That's f**king insane, bro."
"It's crazy that you are saying that": Clix responds to MrSavage as the Fortnite streamers beef over their FNCS stats
MrSavage's comments did not go unnoticed, and Clix promptly responded to the clip. The Fortnite streamer was critical of MrSavage's own track record at the FNCS and noted how he recently came to North America and did not do very well in the competition:
"It's crazy that you are saying that MrSavage, because your f**king dumba** actually came to the easiest region to come 28th in the Grand Finals. You want to talk about that?"
Clix further claimed that he performed better at the FNCS than MrSavage despite not practicing as much:
"That you spent all this f**king money with Mongraal, getting a f**king penthouse, grinding 11 hours a day. By the way, I took off three weeks to go to Florida and didn't touch the game, came back, and got fourth while your bi*ch-a** sat here playing 12 hours a f**king day and did not qualify for globals."
He went on to list some of MrSavage's past FNCS stats:
"But your claim is that it is the easiest region! Yeah, I am very very confused, bro. Best placement, by the way, was two years ago. This year alone you have a 28th, a 39th, a 43rd, an 8th, a 32nd and 37th in the past seven FNCS."
This beef comes days before the FNCS 2024: Global Championship LAN event is slated to kick off. A total of 50 top Fortnite players from around the world will duke it out for a combined prize pool of $2,000,000.
