Twitch streamer Felix "xQc" took this stream earlier today (June 17) to react to a strong rant by fellow streamer Zack "Asmongold." The clip depicted the OTK co-owner criticizing Twitch over the favorable treatment of certain streamers (who have previously made controversial comments) while also banning other streamers who were less vitriolic in his opinion.

xQc has advocated for free speech in the past and is in favor of bringin back some the these banned streamers to Twitch. Reacting to Asmongold's rant, xQc appealed to Twitch to unban Destiny, Adin Ross, and Ice Poseidon (all three of whom have been permanently banned):

"Free Destiny, free Adin Ross, free Ice (Poseidon)."

"Don't go and play sides" - Asmongold critical of Twitch over their choice of suspension

Asmongold, the veteran streamer, recently discussed Twitch's alleged double standards in choosing which streamers to keep and which to ban. For instance, he referred to Twitch streamer Denims, who recently made remarks about giving away $30K to make Zack "disappear."

The OTK co-owner and Twitch streamer said:

"Whenever you have people like that one girl upping the ante for that bounty and s**t, she's like, 'Oh, it's a joke.' Yeah, it's a joke, but what if one crazy person thinks it's not? You have another guy who says people should kill Destiny. You have that Frogan girl calling people cr**kers. B**ch, what the f**k are you doing? Having them on the platform but Destiny is not."

He advocated having Destiny unbanned on the platform. For those unaware, the political streamer was banned on Twitch in March 2022. The exact reason behind his suspension is not known at the time of writing. Asmongold said:

"Like, I got no problems. If you wanna keep them here, bring him back too. That's fine. Let's have everybody. Let's have free speech. Let's have everybody on the platform. But don't go and play sides."

Speaking of getting unbanned, recently controversial streamer Nico "Sneako," was unbanned on Twitch after being suspended for nearly two years on the platform. Since his unban, the streamer has revealed plans to host cross-streams on both Twitch and Rumble, the platform that he had been streaming for in the past two years.
