Counter-Strike 2 content creator Mark "OhnePixel" has been blocked by the game's official X account, which he found out about during a stream on August 1, 2024. The streamer was left astonished when he tried to open the @CounterStrike account and was met with a message stating that the account was now inaccessible to him.

Soon after, OhnePixel put up a post on X showcasing the same message. Many users on the platform have since speculated about the reason that got him blocked. Some believe the content creator's recent interest in other games like Valorant and League of Legends could have played a role.

X user @OsamaGraphics advised OhnePixel to prepare himself for playing Valorant after being blocked by @CounterStrike:

"Get ready to learn Valorant buddy."

@sn1kx00 commented that OhnePixel's ban could have been due to him ignoring Counter Strike and covering other games in his livestreams:

"All you played for the past few days was league, elden ring and valo. What were you expecting? And now you get happy for riot buddy and buy skins. It was down time for cs and you too left her and shifted to valo. You help her in bad times she shows you good times @ohnePixel."

@banana_superho believes that OhnePixel's criticisms against Valve and favorable comments directed at Riot Games may have invited the move from Counter Strike's official handle:

"Well you did publicly said that riot is way friendly than valve in the way they connect with streamers."

@Ayaan362 advised OhnePixel to invest his time in building a Twitch DJ Career now that he's been blocked by the page:

"Time to start that twitch DJ career buddy."

@SnkyGames stated that the streamer could not be unfaithful to Counter Strike with other competitive shooter titles:

"No one cheats on counter-strike with other competitive games."

@mKaCS_ believes the content creator's recent comments critiquing Counter-Strike pro Justin "jks" might have been what got him blocked:

"That’s what you get for hating on jks!!"

OhnePixel can often be seen making critical comments regarding Justin "jks." A recent instance involved him stating that he was "a little bit happy" after finding out that G2 Esports had parted ways with the player.

In a later stream, he also could be seen expressing his dissatisfaction during a livestream upon learning that jks had become a part of Team Liquid, another CS professional team.

Who is OhnePixel?

OhnePixel is an Austrian Twitch streamer and YouTuber known for his Counter-Strike-related content, which includes gameplay videos, reaction videos, in-game contests, and more. He is relatively new to Twitch, starting his content creation journey with the game in 2019.

Due to his witty commentary and the interactive nature of his content — combined with his charming personality — he soon became quite popular in the Counter-Strike community.

After years of making streams focusing solely on the Valve-produced shooter, he is now a major figure in the Counter-Strike scene, with over 1.4 million followers on Twitch and 327,000 subscribers on YouTube.

OhnePixel is also known within his fanbase for extensively participating in Counter-Strike case openings and skin trading, often involving large sums of money. In 2023, the creator received a $129,000 CS:GO trade offer as a donation in the middle of one of his streams. After much discussion with his friends over call, the streamer accepted the trade offer.
