Political commentator Hasan "HasanAbi" has seemingly blamed Zack "Asmongold" after FaZe Kaysan's Twitch channel got demonetized. For those unaware, during a recent broadcast, the FaZe Clan member stated that he received "zero dollars" for running 180-second-long advertisements every eight minutes.
After FaZe Kaysan raised his concerns with his Twitch representative, the latter informed him that his channel had been demonetized for using the "Iran" tag for his livestream.
During a Just Chatting broadcast on November 12, 2024, HasanAbi commented on the controversy. At one point, he reacted to Twitch streamer Bigex's tweet, who claimed that his channel had also been demonetized for representing Venezuela.
Sharing his thoughts on the matter, HasanAbi remarked:
"So, what are they doing? They've just added every official America's enemy list on to the f**king same category? Like, what the f**k? What an incredible f**king...what an incredibly stupid thing to do! Oh, yeah, they're going to start doing this to China, too. F**k it, add Haiti on it, too."
The Turkish-American personality then mentioned Asmongold and seemed to blame him for the situation:
"I just want you to understand, by the way, when Asmongold is making threats like this (The streamer showcases Asmongold's reaction to Central_Commitee's Twitch unban), this (The streamer displays FaZe Kaysan's video in which he spoke about his Twitch channel's demonetization) is the result. Okay?"
Hasan "HasanAbi" went on to say that the co-founder of One True King (OTK) "partnered up with cynical a**holes":
"When you partner up with cynical f**king a**holes, who just simply want to see the f**king world burn, and they force platforms who are terrified of offending anyone, okay? Even if their purposes utterly and so clearly to troll. Okay? Platforms that turn around and capitulate, and cave... against that sort of thing are going to hurt other content creators. You know?"

What did FaZe Kaysan say about Twitch demonetizing his channel? Streamer's comments explored as HasanAbi seemingly blames Asmongold for the situation
FaZe Kaysan recently discussed his conversation with his Twitch representative, who informed him that his channel had gotten demonetized for using the "Iran" tag:
"She came back and told me that, essentially, I got demonetized because I had Iran as a tag. As you guys know, in the bottom, it says, 'FaZe, English, Call of Duty,' and I got demonetized because I had Iran as a tag. As you guys know, I'm Iranian, and I've had that same tag for about two years."
Furthermore, the content creator questioned whether the Amazon-owned platform had ever demonetized HasanAbi's channel, given that he covers politics on it:
"I don't come on here and speak about politics. I'm actually very curious to know if streamers like HasanAbi have been demonetized for talking about politics."
As of this writing, Asmongold hasn't responded to HasanAbi's recent comments about him.
