Contentious internet personality Daniel "Keemstar" has weighed in on the recent incident involving Kick streamer Yousef "Fousey." For those unaware, Fousey hosted an emotional livestream on October 4, 2024, the day after his management team announced on X that he had gone missing and missed a flight to Atlanta, Georgia.
On the same day (October 4, 2024), Keemstar took to X, describing the 34-year-old as a "horrible person" who is "obsessed with himself." The Drama Alert host went on to say that "all of the people" surrounding the Kick streamer are "not his friends," but rather those "he's using":
"Fousey is just a horrible person who's obsessed with himself only. All the people around him are not his friends just people he's using at the moment. Go through his history, you can see so many examples of this on a yearly basis. He has a new crew (and) new friend group every year, then they (are) gone."
Furthermore, Keemstar expressed dissatisfaction with those who show concern for the Palestinian-American content creator, remarking:
"I'm sick of watching people get caught up in the concern for Fousey when he doesn't actually care about anyone. Not his team, not his friends, not other creators. He only cares about himself."
In a follow-up tweet, the host of the LolCow Live podcast claimed to know Fousey "better than anyone," explaining what he thought was "causing problems":
"I know him better than anyone leaving comments here and trust me. His #1 issue in his entire life that's constantly causing him problems is that Fousey is obsessed with himself. That’s his problem."
What did Fousey say during his emotional livestream following the missing scare?
In an hour-long Kick stream earlier today, Fousey addressed the community and broke down in tears. Claiming that this broadcast could be the "last" time netizens would see him, the Fremont, California native said:
"What my Spidey Senses are telling me is - this is probably the last day you're going to see me. It's only a matter of time till they'll get my location. Once they get my location, there's really not much you can do. And I can dead a** cry saying that."
At the end of the livestream, Fousey seemed to bid farewell to the online community, expressing gratitude to his viewers and his moderation team. Additionally, the Kick streamer insinuated that he would be gone for "80 days."
