Kai Cenat has responded to the controversy surrounding comedian Druski and a child actor during his Thanksgiving stream on Twitch. During the broadcast, Druski made multiple comments about the kid's appearance, particularly his weight, which led to a public outcry.

Following the incident, the child's mother shared a video online expressing her concerns and accusing Druski of verbally mistreating her kid in front of a large audience.

Kai Cenat addressed Druski's remarks and seemingly defended the comedian by emphasizing that he had apologized to the child twice. Cenat also said Druski expressed genuine remorse for his comments:

"Druski, in detail, I think he apologized twice. Druski is a comedian, so whatever the f**king first thing that comes to his mind he says. But he knew he was wrong and he actually apologized for this one. You feel what I am saying?"

Kai Cenat claims Druski was reprimanded for making comments about the child, explains why parts of the interaction was cut from YouTube video

For the Thanksgiving stream that featured Kevin Hart and Druski, Kai Cenat's team had arranged for actors to portray characters from the Addams Family. The child at the center of the controversy played Pugsley Addams.

However, as the broadcast unfolded, Druski made several comments about the child's weight. Subsequently, the kid and his mother publicly criticized Druski, sharing their perspective on how the comedian's words affected him during the stream, which reached a large audience.

In their video, the child shared his feelings about the situation and claimed that certain parts of the interaction were edited out from the YouTube version of the event:

"I am supposed to be Pugsley from the Addams Family, and he mostly doesn't talk. Then he insulted me, Druski. Druski insulted me multiple times, and if you check on the YouTube video, they cut it out. You can only see me hugging LeBrone James Jr."

In response, Kai Cenat stated that the team had intentionally removed the controversial exchange from the YouTube video, explaining that they chose not to include the incident because it involved a child. He also pointed out that Druski was reprimanded immediately after making the comments about the kid.

"As soon it was said, we caught it, and said, 'It is a kid, chill.' But not only that, I could kind of see that this was forced. Miles and Duke from behind the camera saying, 'Say this, and this, and this.' We cut it out solely for the fact that we didn't want to put it out on YouTube to make a joke out of it. That's how serious it is."

Clips from the original Thanksgiving stream show Kai Cenat intervening when Druski commented on the child's appearance. The comedian said:

"I'm talking about little fat ni**a."

Cenat responded:

"Come on, he is a kid. You're a grown a** man."

Shortly thereafter, Cenat stood up and hugged the child. Others at the table also expressed their disapproval of Druski’s remarks, showing support for the kid.

While the situation has sparked significant debate in the streaming community, it has also raised questions about the responsibility of content creators to be mindful of their impact on others.
