Former Kick streamer Jack Doherty has a controversial presence on the internet. His antics have caused him quite the criticism online and many have condemned him for his social media conduct. Some expect the streamer to step back after such an incident, but Doherty has returned with another risky move on the road. In an October 17 post on DramaAlert, he was seen pulling another stunt.

The streamer was filmed speeding in a motorbike down a two-way street while popping a wheelie. On witnessing this, netizens reacted, with many disappointed with Jack Doherty's behavior. Some like @alainaaaaaa___ claim the streamer may never learn from his mistakes:

Jack Doherty issued a citation from the Florida Highway Patrol for using his phone while driving

On October 16, Doherty was met by a police officer from the Florida highway patrol who issued him a citation. The charge was due to his use of "wireless communication" while driving. The officer pointed out that the streamer's gross negligence was apparent based on a review of the crash footage.

In response, Doherty claimed he was not guilty of being ignorant:

"They cut [the footage] up. I wasn't on my phone. I have the original clip, I wasn't on my phone. ('Alrighty Jack, you're welcome to explain that in court,' said the officer) Innocent until proven guilty I guess."

Besides the citation and online hate, the streamer received a prompt lifetime ban from Kick for endangering another life.
