YouTuber and fitness influencer Shane Stoffer, who also goes by "TOGI," has provided an update on his health. Taking to X on November 28, 2024, Stoffer posted a photo of himself in the hospital and stated that he "could have easily died" the night before.

While sharing that he had not slept in three days in an attempt to publish his YouTube video, the content creator said he overdosed on Adderall mixed with methamphetamine:

"I could have easily died last night. Hadn't slept in 3 days trying to get my YT (YouTube) video out. At some point, accidentally got my hands on some Adderall cut with meth and overdosed. Don’t let your obsession with success kill you."

Stoffer added that he had a seizure before the ambulance arrived. Saying he believed his "time had come," he wrote:

"Another thing, before the ambulance came as I was seizing on the ground, 100% sure that my time has come. I did not get that special flash of remembering all your best life memories. It was more a moment of: 'Holy f**k, this hurts so f**king bad and I’m way too young to die at my own hand. Unlimited potential cut short because you got greedy.'
"Take care of yourself, my friends. Imagine how sad ur mother would be if you passed."

Who is Shane Stoffer, aka TOGI? Fitness influencer and YouTuber's career explored

Hailing from Bozeman, Montana, Shane Stoffer is a well-known internet personality with a significant following on multiple online platforms. He started his YouTube channel on December 6, 2023, and amassed over 355,000 subscribers within a year. He currently boasts 538k Instagram followers and primarily posts photos of his workout, physique, and lifestyle.

Shane Stoffer made headlines in July 2024 after fellow fitness influencer Greg Doucette called him out on social media for seemingly glorifying the use of steroids. In a 28-minute feature titled, Togi Needs Help, Doucette showed a video in which Stoffer said:

"A lot of people are saying I'm glorifying steroids. But injecting testosterone, I think, is the nectar of this planet. Testosterone needs more recognition. Testosterone will change, in my opinion, 90% of men's lives for the better."

Expressing his discontent with Stoffer's comments, Doucette remarked:

"He says, essentially, 90% of lives can be made better from testosterone, why aren't we all taking testosterone? Well, I'll tell you why. It can shorten your life. It can shorten your life! And so, no, not everyone should be taking testosterone. And, no, it's not going to help 90% of people live a better life!"

Shane Stoffer also dabbles in gambling content and frequently collaborates with Steve "SteveWillDoIt" for slots livestreams.
