A rather bizarre incident took place during Twitch star Kai Cenat's ongoing Hardcore Minecraft Marathon stream earlier today (August 21). Around 74 hours into his stream, the AMP member was flabbergasted after one of his viewers (@Takky2Flashy) bombarded him with a series of gifted subscriptions. In total, the individual gave a whopping 2,350 gifted subs.
However, the streamer was left shocked when he discovered that the donator was a kid. His fans discovered the individual's YouTube channel, where the boy used his voice.
Cenat reacted by stating:
"He has a YouTube channel? What is it called? What is his name? You're lying. Oh my god, he stole his mom's card!"
The clip was shared on the popular r/LivestreamFail subreddit which garnered several responses.
"I want this to be fake so bad, but it doesn't look fake. I feel so bad for the mom," said u/Plaincow.
Someone even calculated the approximate sum of money that the kid had splashed on the Twitch streamer.
"Assuming it’s $5 a sub, $11,750," wrote u/20Faces14.
Some users were critical of the donations.
"Anyone who donates money/subs to a Twitch streamer is mentally unwell. There is no reason to do anything more than sub yourself," said u/primetimey123.
"Something tells me that this kid is gonna face a shitstorm so bad that he will never see it coming," wrote u/itsneon.
How far are Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed into their Hardcore Minecraft Marathon stream?
