Ava Kris Tyson has finally broken her silence on the recent grooming and pedophilia allegations. Almost a day after the accusations went viral on social media, Ava has taken to her official account on X to address the controversy and revealed that she will be permanently stepping away from the MrBeast team.
The allegations that Ava Kris Tyson used to send inappropriate texts to minors had become one of the most talked about things on social media websites like X after YouTube videos accusing the MrBeast crew member started garnering a lot of attention on July 22.
On July 23, Ava Kris Tyson addressed the accusations and issued a public apology for causing hurt and offense claiming it was not her intent:
"I would like to apologize for any of my past behavior or comments if it hurt or offended anyone. It was not my intent."
Ava Kris Tyson has agreed with MrBeast to step away from the YouTube channel
For those who are not aware, on July 22 several posts on X went viral as they shared clips from YouTubers like Breone and Prism42 accusing MrBeast's team member Ava Kris Tyson of sending sexually explicit jokes to a minor. Screenshots of discord and Twitter messages from years ago garnered quite a lot of attention.
Controversial online personalities like Sneako and Andrew Tate have called out MrBeast for being associated with Ava, even though it must be noted that the minor who was allegedly sent the inappropriate texts has come out in Tyson's defense, claiming that the accusations were "twisting the truth."
Regardless, it seems Ava Kris Tyson has come to a mutual agreement with MrBeast about leaving the YouTuber's team. In the same post where she apologized for her past behavior, Ava wrote that she will be permanently removing herself from everything MrBeast to focus on her family and mental health:
"Seeing recent events we’ve mutually decided it’s best I permanently step away from all things MrBeast and social media to focus on my family and mental health."
MrBeast has yet to address the situation in public.
