Twitch and Kick streamer Felix "xQc" has opened up about his association with fellow Kick personality Adin Ross. During a recent broadcast, xQc disclosed that he and Adin Ross "don't really hang out." However, whenever the Florida native expressed interest in collaborating for a livestream, xQc claimed he "turns the switch on" to "clutch up."
The former Overwatch pro elaborated:
"I am exactly the same with Adin. I don't really hang out with Adin. Me and Adin don't hang out. When he wants me for a stream when he wants me for his thing, brother, I turn the switch on and I clutch up. Okay? When he says, 'Yo! Come on stream,' I give my 100% and do the best I can so he can have a good stream. That's it."
According to xQc, Adin Ross was neither his "best friend" nor his "best streamer friend." He explained:
"Stream goes off, boom, done. I go home. Yeah, maybe he will call me here and there. But we don't go to the beach or some s**t. We don't go to the club or whatever the f**k. If he wanted to go to the club, we could! But I'm just saying, I'm not going to act like, 'Yo guys, he's my best friend, but also, he's my best streamer friend. I'm so blessed I have both in this guy.' No!"
"Streamers don't build relationships," says xQc
After discussing his relationship with Adin Ross, xQc made some bold claims, stating that streamers "don't build relationships" because they "don't have time":
"You want to build a relationship with somebody, you need to spend time. Streamers don't have time. Streamers don't build relationships. That's what it is. If you wanted to meet somebody that does s**t with you or whatever, you spend time with them. Right? It might be a couple of friends at a time."

The French-Canadian content creator further explained what he considered "real friendship," saying:
"I do have real friends. But most of the things I do with them, and most of the interactions I have with them, you don't know about them... because that's what makes it a real friendship. I don't go and call them and say, 'Hey, man! How's it going, dude? Oh, just checking in, as I'm on stream for content, and I'm talking with you right now. Guys! I'm just calling my buddy! How are things been doing lately, dude?' Like, come on, man! You're an idiot. Christ!"
In other news, xQc has responded to controversial internet personality Bruce "BruceDropEmOff"'s call for his fans to be "shot."
