YouTuber star JJ "KSI" has opened up about his recent interaction with Kick streamer Yousef "Fousey." Fousey reached out to KSI and apologized for his past rants against his boxing promotion Misfits Boxing. For context, Fousey went off on Misfits Boxing in 2023 before his controversial mental breakdown.
During a Misfits Boxing event on August 31, 2024, Fousey was filmed speaking to KSI and expressing his regret over his tirade against the company. This interaction was later shared on KSI's official Reddit page.
Reacting to the post, KSI said:
"Yeah, it's bless. Bro, I'm 31, man. I'm not here to hold grudges unless it's Jake Paul. Me and DeenTheGreat also talked to each other and sorted things out. I'm not gonna hold this grudge because you said 'F**k Misfits'. It's not that deep."

Fousey "apologizes" to Mams Taylor for his rant against Misfits Boxing
After spending years as a full-time YouTuber, Fousey has transitioned into streaming in recent years. However, his journey has been far from smooth. Last year, he experienced a manic episode before being admitted to a mental health clinic.
During his breakdown, Fousey lashed out at Misfits Boxing and Mams Taylor, KSI's manager and a key figure in the company. One of the reasons behind the rant was his belief that Slim, one of his friends and a fighter contracted with Misfits Boxing, wasn't receiving enough opportunities under the promotion.
However, it seems Fousey has since resolved the issue with Mams Taylor, who revealed that they had offered Slim 10 fights, which he declined. He said this during his stream:
"What I didn't know when I made my comments, that Slim was offered 10 fights that he declined. He was being treated very well. So my comments were very unfair. So I need to look into that to see if there's anything I can do to rectify there."
Fousey also participated in a previous Misfits Boxing event as a boxer. He faced off against KSI's brother, Deji, and lost. Since that fight, he has essentially retired from influencer boxing and shifted his focus to streaming.
