During a recent livestream, Twitch star Imane "Pokimane" accidentally leaked her Steam ID to thousands of live viewers. The incident occurred when she was playing LOCKDOWN Protocol with popular content creators such as Rachell "Valkyrae," Noah "Foolish Gamers," Janet "xChocoBars," and Thomas "Sykkuno," and others. During the stream, Josh "Ellum" stated that he and Pokimane weren't friends on Steam.
While joking that adding Ellum as a Steam friend was "so much work," the Moroccan-Canadian personality inadvertently revealed her information on the gaming platform, including her Steam ID.
She immediately moved the Steam window to her secondary monitor and told her live audience to "look away." Pokimane then humorously warned her fans against clipping the livestreaming moment and adding her as a friend on the Valve-developed platform:
"Everyone in my chat - look away. I've posted my Steam code. If anyone clips that and adds me, I'm blocking you, I'm finding out where you live, and I'm leaving poop at your doorstep. So, don't do it! Thank you."
Moments later, the co-founder of OfflineTV (OTV) received a friend request on Steam. Commenting on this, Pokimane said:
"You! I have your... you're the only person who had it! Shame on you! Timeout. 10-minute timeout in the corner of your bedroom. You're grounded. Yeah, grounded! Shame! Shame on you."

"I don't think I was supposed to say it" - When Pokimane accidentally leaked her involvement in a special OfflineTV video
Back in July 2021, Pokimane teamed up with Jeremy "Disguised Toast" to play Rust. While farming in-game materials, the Twitch streamer accidentally revealed her involvement in a special OfflineTV video. After realizing what she had said, the 28-year-old expressed regret:
"I'm going to stream at least four hours today. I can't do super long (stream) because I have a mafia shoot. Oh! I don't think I was supposed to... I think I said it earlier, too. I don't think I was supposed to say it back then, either. Hmm... I probably shouldn't have said that. Anyways..."
Last month (on August 18, 2024), Pokimane discussed her experience with Raya, a celebrity-exclusive dating app. While she claimed that Raya was her "best shot" at finding a "potentially" good partner, the content creator revealed that her membership application was waitlisted.
