Twitch star Kai Cenat and YouTuber IShowSpeed have discussed featuring Kick streamer Adin Ross in their viral Hardcore Minecraft marathon, which has been running for over three days. Both content creators are in favor of Ross joining the event.
Both IShowSpeed and Kai Cenat lamented the fact that they could not call Adin Ross to collaborate with them because he is currently banned from Twitch.
After talking about how great it would be for the trio to do marathons like the one they were doing, Cenat shared with IShowSpeed the efforts he has made to lift the ban on the Kick star. He revealed that he spent an entire week calling Twitch CEO Dan Clancy daily, asking him to remove Ross' ban:
"Bro, I talked to the CEO about Adin getting unbanned, bro I swear to god. There was one week that I called him every single day."
"He said some crazy sh*t on Kick again": Kai Cenat says Adin Ross needs to change his behavior to get unbanned on Twitch
It is no secret that Kai Cenat is a big supporter of Adin Ross, having publicly talked about how Twitch should lift the ban on the controversial streamer since last year. While telling IShowSpeed about the situation, Cenat claimed that Dan Clancy said Ross needs to change his behavior to get unbanned:
"Bro, he said if the ni**a has changed. Bro, Adin just said some crazy sh*t on Kick again. I forgot what he said, but he said some crazy sh*t though. But if there is no progress in the behavior, he's not going to do it, bro."
While it is unclear what contentious statement the Twitch star is referring to, Adin Ross has not exactly shied away from controversy over the last year. That said, he recently claimed that it was time to clean up his image and get unbanned on Twitch.
Cenat then claimed that he had threatened to leave Twitch if Clancy did not lift the ban on Ross:
"I am like, 'Give him one more chance, bro. Deada** bro.' I even said, 'If you don't give him one more chance, I am leaving.' But I can't do that, I can't!"
Kai Cenat is currently one of the most popular streamers on Twitch, having recently hit 13 million followers on the platform. Despite his significant reputation, it appears he has been unable to persuade Twitch to lift the ban on Adin Ross. The platform's administrators are seemingly waiting for the Kick star to make substantial changes to his content and behavior before reconsidering the ban.
