Popular Twitch streamer Zack "Asmongold" has commented on the recent controversy involving political commentator Steven "Destiny." On November 30, 2024, a video of the Kick content creator surfaced on X, in which he supposedly performed a sexual act on a man. Controversial internet personality Daniel "Keemstar" talked about the incident on the social media platform, writing:
"WARNING: Do Not scroll through X tonight, multiple videos of Destiny s*cking off men."
During a livestream on December 3, 2024, Asmongold's attention was drawn to a viewer who brought up the scandal. The co-founder of One True King (OTK) described the controversy as "weird" because, according to him, it's "not cool" to leak an individual's explicit video.
He elaborated:
"What's this here? 'Destiny actually had a sex video leak.' Yeah, I always thought that s**t was weird. Like, I know that, obviously, everybody likes to clown and meme on Destiny. But I don't think it's really cool to leak, like, peoples' sex tapes and stuff like that. Like, if Destiny wants to s*ck another dude's d**k, then I think good for him. You know?"
Asmongold then stated that he didn't have a "negative feeling" about the situation:
"If it makes him happy to s*ck a d**k, then he should s*ck as many d**ks as he feels like he wants to. Right? That's the way I see something about being c*ck, too. I don't know. I don't think it's a big deal. Yeah, I don't have a negative feeling about it."

What has Destiny said in response to the recent controversy?
Destiny addressed the alleged explicit video controversy during a livestream on November 30, 2024. While stating that "a lot of rumors and deepfake AI videos" have recently surfaced on the internet, the Nebraska native claimed that his "friend's account" got hacked.
He also stated that people have "got to just roll with the memes":
"There have been a lot of rumors and deepfake AI videos that have been spread lately, that look somehow convincing. Obviously, I'm not going to do a whole deep intro or whatever on all this. I will say that... I think a friend of mine's account from when I talked to three or four years ago, ended up getting compromised. And, you know, sometimes you've just got to just roll with the memes. It is what it is."
In other news, Asmongold recently criticized Avowed's art director, Matt Hansen, for making racist remarks about "crusty White dudes" in the gaming industry.
