Kick streamer and co-owner Adin Ross has revealed that he could potentially be sued. Although the plaintiff's name was not revealed by the streamer, he did say that the potential amount involved could be around $10 million. The streamer, of course, is no stranger to such legal battles and has previously received similar threats.

The Kick streamer remained quite unfazed while unveiling this piece of news and even added that he might himself file a counter lawsuit and stated that he believes that the unnamed individual was "probably bluffing" about the case. Here's what he said during his stream earlier today (August 3):

"I got somebody who is trying to sue me right now for $10 million. Good luck. You know who you are. Good luck. You don't even have real paperwork. You were never a real professional whatever you were to me. Good luck in court."

He added that he might file a countersuit:

"I am gonna counter sue you so you are probably bluffing. But I'm gonna counter-sue, so get ready. I promise you, I will bury you in the courtroom. Don't f**k with me. That's a threat. Actually, that's not even a threat. That's a promise."

Who is the unnamed plaintiff who is trying to sue Adin Ross?

While Kick streamer Adin Ross hasn't disclosed the name of the individual taking him to court, fans have assumed that it might be one of his former security personnel named Ant (the duo had cut ties).

This speculation arises from Adin's statement that the individual lacked proper paperwork to be a professional in his role (indicating he wasn't licensed). According to some fans, this points to Ant, who was his security. For instance, one fan wrote:

"It's Ant and that arm break while on duty. He does have a case though."

Another fan replied, stating that the plaintiff could be Ant:

"He didn’t even have paperwork to be a bodyguard apparently."

Adin Ross has previously faced lawsuits from fellow creators. For instance, in March 2024, he received legal papers from JJ "KSI" and his boxing promotion company Misfits Boxing (MF) for trying to include Nurideen "DeenTheGreat" in his boxing event despite being signed with MF.
