A video of Twitch streamer Blaire "QTCinderella" calling out Herschel "Guy," aka "Dr DisRespect," at The Streamer Awards 2024 has surfaced on social media. On December 7, 2024, X user @scubaryan_ shared a 25-second clip from the special event. In it, QTCinderella discussed The Streamer Awards turning four years old in 2024.

She then name-dropped Dr DisRespect, saying that the awards ceremony would receive a direct message from the "Two-Time Champ" in "only 13 years":

"...To the fourth annual Streamer Awards. Can you believe it? Streamer Awards turns four this year, which means, in only 13 years, we'll get a DM from Dr DisRespect!"

For context, QTCinderella was referring to the controversy surrounding Dr DisRespect that occurred earlier this year. In June 2024, the 42-year-old made headlines when he responded to allegations that led to his permanent Twitch suspension.

In a now-deleted tweet, Dr DisRespect admitted to texting a minor using the Twitch Whispers feature, adding that the conversations "sometimes leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate":

"Were there Twitch Whispers messages with an individual back in 2017? The answer is yes. Were there real intentions behind these messages, the answer is absolutely not. These were casual, mutual conversations that sometimes leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate, but nothing more."

QTCinderella comments on IShowSpeed "promoting dangerous content" at The Streamer Awards 2024

Another video from The Streamer Awards 2024 has garnered significant traction on social media, in which QTCinderella commented on YouTube star Darren "IShowSpeed" for "promoting dangerous content."

While stating that the 19-year-old streamer was temporarily banned after jumping across two sports cars for his viral stunt, the Los Angeles-based personality remarked:

"IShowSpeed temporarily was banned... but it was for promoting dangerous content after he jumped over two Lamborghinis. Which is unfair. He was just trying to teach everyone how to survive a meet-and-greet with Jack Doherty."

In addition to this, QTCinderella also called out the Stake-backed livestreaming platform, Kick, for promoting gambling and allowing view-botting:

"You can't talk about streaming ruining peoples' lives without talking about Kick! They're streamers after all. Right? This year, Kick added a chat roulette category, and that's how you know Kick streamers really have a problem. Even meeting new people has to involve gambling. Kick streamers almost ruined TwitchCon by harassing people at the convention. And, I would say, we should get them back on KickCon, but you can't have a convention with view bots."

At the end of the event, IShowSpeed was named Streamer of the Year 2024. Meanwhile, Kai Cenat was honored with the Best Just Chatting Streamer award.
