Twitch creator Kai Cenat recently requested the developers of BloodBorne, FromSoftware Inc., to work on a remake with improved graphics and make it available for both PC and PS5. The creator prefaced the request by stating that he was simply trying to bring attention "to a topic within the Souls community".

However, he also claimed that the developers had been watching his marathons of the various games produced by the FromSoftware Inc. game studio, and thus, he was a good candidate for a voice that would "push the narrative" for the remake to come to fruition. He said:

"PlayStation, FromSoft(ware), this is one of the most highly requested game for a remaster and a PC version. I haven't even touched it, just for me entering this community, i want to go ahead and be like, hey, can y'all please just do something, my n***a."

This was before the Twitch streamer played through the entirety of the game and ended up finishing it within only 30 hours. Fans are reacting to a clip of this request uploaded on X, which now has over 3 million views.

X user @brossqui called Kai Cenat "based" for standing up for the community's wants and giving them a platform to reach the developers:

"Kai is incredibly based. Dude deserves his success. #FreeBloodborne"

@Roo_RL22 stated that the added pressure from Kai Cenat's callout to the developers could end up being a "huge help":

"Dude at this point any pressure to make a Bloodborne remake/remaster or bring it to PC is a huge help."

@asiquealam believed that the remaster could be announced at the Tokyo Game Show in September 2024:

"It's all leading into the Tokyo Game Show where the Bloodborne remake/remastered will be announced for PS5 Pro."

As per @redfox_ash, the matter lies solely in the hands of Sony, since they are the intellectual property holder for the game:

"Fromsoft has addressed that, unfortunately, they don't control Bloodborne as an IP as it's owned by Sony and thus the decisions are out of their hands. Miyazaki thinks it would be great for it to be on PC though. It's a Sony decision so here's hoping."

Kai Cenat finishes Bloodborne, announces Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice stream

After originally talking about playing Sekiro: SDT in May 2024, the streamer finally announced during his Bloodborne stream that his next marathon broadcast would be that of Sekiro: SDT. With his refined skills after playing Elden Ring, Shadow of the Erdtree, and Bloodborne, he has expressed his desire to try out the "hardest" game from FromSoftware Inc.

During his marathon stream of Bloodborne, Kai decided to take on two bosses back-to-back, including Gehrman, the First Hunter, and the main antagonist of the game, Moon Presence.

However, not everything seems to be going well for the Twitch streamer. Recently, Kai Cenat stated that he won't work with Complex magazine after an article published erroneously referred to AMP Chrisnxtdoor as ChrisV. The latter, who worked as Kai Cenat's cameraperson, has been accused of sending explicit messages to an underage individual. Alongside, alleged screenshots of the Instagram conversation have also been released.

Kai has also addressed the allegations, bursting into tears in the process and distancing himself from the individual.
