"Insane progress": Fans praise Twitch streamer Bateson87 on his weight loss journey

On October 1, 2024, Twitch content creator Bateson87 shared his before and after pictures from the last six months, documenting his weight loss journey. Known primarily for his FIFA and EA FC content on the Amazon-owned platform, the streamer has been on a weight loss regimen since the start of 2024.

In his post, Bateson87 detailed that he is nine months into a weight loss program and has shed more than 100 lbs during this period. He also revealed that he has walked over 2000 kilometers (1242.7 miles) since beginning his journey while also following a strict diet and exercising regularly. He wrote on X:

"And that marks 9 months of the journey. Another 3 months to go. 102lbs down (46.2kg) so still plenty to go! 2070km walked plus minimum 3x 30 min peloton rides a week and a strict diet. Still need a decorator though."

Fans were quite impressed with his transformation, and many posted positive comments under his post on X.

Bateson87 has been very transparent about his fitness journey on social media, frequently sharing his walking milestones on platforms like X. In addition to exercise, he has adhered to a strict diet, which has significantly helped him get in better shape.

Based on the images the Twitch streamer proudly posted, he appears to have lost over 80 lbs (37.78 kg) in the past six months. Back in April, the content creator weighed over 147 kg, but through dedicated training, he now weighs just over 109 kg.

With over a million followers on Twitch, Bateson87 is one of the most popular streamers for EA FC 24 (and now EA FC 25). A veteran in the streaming community, he started his channel on the platform in 2012, according to TwitchTracker.

The content creator has broadcasted over a thousand hours in each of the latest FIFA and EA FC titles. He boasts a thriving YouTube community with over 1.6 million subscribers.
