IShowSpeed confirms he has a new girlfriend days after their photo went viral on social media

Popular YouTube streamer IShowSpeed, real name Darren Watkins Jr, has confirmed that he has a new girlfriend. On his latest broadcast, Speed came across a photo of him and a woman in question and reluctantly revealed that he was with someone.

The news comes months after the YouTube streamer had confessed to South Korean internet personality Amy on camera. Their on-screen relationship ended with much drama after IShowSpeed claimed that they were never dating while Amy stated that they went on dates for content.

However, this time, the mystery girl has not appeared on his stream yet and the YouTuber clarified his relationship only after he came across a clip of their pictures on his Discord. The streamer was initially reluctant to talk about it and said:

"And speaking, chat speaking of this. I am not even going to say anything you all."

However, IShowSpeed did end up saying that he had a girlfriend:

"Seeing in terms of like, do I have a girl or not. Or chat, do I have a girlfriend? Yes, yes I do. Yes, I am talking to somebody chat. Yes I am, yes I am."

"You all are not about to meet her yet": IShowSpeed says every time he introduces a girlfriend on stream, things go "crazy"

After confirming he has a new girlfriend, IShowSpeed then tackled the question about introducing her to his audience. He flat-out refused to let her appear on stream just yet and said:

"No, you all are not about to meet her yet. Just for the fact, just for the fact chat, not yet. Okay? I know there are some people who do want to, um, meet her. But I am going to be honest bro, not yet."

Speed further explained that he was going to wait for the relationship to get more "locked in" before introducing her on stream. He also claimed that every time he has shown a girlfriend on camera, "stuff goes crazy":

"I am going to wait, chat, I am going to wait till, bro she is not 12. Stop f**king playing with me you all. But chat, I am going to wait till it's really, really locked in, bro. Because I feel like every time when you all meet her, that's when stuff goes crazy. So chat, I am going to give it a little bit of time before its locked, chat. I am not going to call her yet."

While fans are naturally rooting for the couple, it seems they will have to wait to officially meet IShowSpeed's girlfriend as he is planning to wait before introducing her to his community. At this moment, he has not given any indication of her identity either.
