Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has rapidly boosted his subscriber count on his newly launched YouTube channel, created on August 21, 2024. As of August 23, 2024, he boasts over 29.4 million subscribers, surpassing even his most devoted fan, Darren "IShowSpeed."
In a recent 25-minute livestream, IShowSpeed, who has 28.2 million subscribers on his channel, shared his reaction to Ronaldo's impressive feat. He started off in a somber tone, stating:
"Come on, bro! Come on!...Y'all really letting this happen? Y'all really gonna let this happen? In one day? I didn't even get to sleep. I just got done playing Minecraft for 100 hours. My mind is so fried right now."
Towards the end of the broadcast, however, when Ronaldo overtook his subscriber count, IShowSpeed dished out the iconic 'siuu' celebration before wildly jumping headfirst into his monitor. He said:
"Here he comes! Here he comes! Ronaldo the GOAT. Oh my god, he just did it one day! He passed me in one day! One my god yo! (Crashes into his monitor)"

Could IShowSpeed collaborate with Cristiano Ronaldo?
YouTube star IShowSpeed has openly expressed his admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo in the past. He even had the opportunity to meet the football legend in person during an international friendly match in June 2023.
IShowSpeed first reacted to Ronaldo's YouTube channel during his recent Minecraft marathon with Kai Cenat. During the stream, he expressed his desire to collaborate with the former Real Madrid star now that he is on YouTube. He said:
"Can we collab? Can we collab? Can we collab? Sui! Subscribed."
On August 22, 2024, NFL legend Tom Brady commented on an Instagram post tagging IShowSpeed, expressing his interest in forming a group with him and Ronaldo for a potential collaboration. Reacting to this offer, the 19-year-old said:
"It'll be legendary, Tom. Let's do it."
Of course, Cristiano Ronaldo is still actively playing football and is in his 22nd professional year. Substantial behind-the-scenes effort would be required to bring a collaboration with IShowSpeed to fruition.
