YouTube streamer Darren Watkins Jr., aka "IShowSpeed" (or simply "Speed"), was once again left raging at his father's antics. For those unfamiliar, "DaddySpeed" is Darren Watkins Sr., who is also a YouTube creator with over 389K subscribers. DaddySpeed is most known for his viral song, I Show The Meat, a parody of his son's flashing controversy.
DaddySpeed has once again dropped a brand new song on one of his YouTube livestreams, where he churned out a new tune for the infamous "IShowMeat" song. The song garnered mixed reactions, with fans rebuking Speed's father for mocking a serious situation. Check out his song here:
Yesterday (September 2), IShowSpeed returned to streaming after a short hiatus. During one of his reaction sessions, the streamer checked out his father's latest song. Naturally, this left the streamer frustrated. He exclaimed:
"It's been a year! It's been a whole year and he's still going on with this 'IShowMeat' sh*t!"
What was the IShowSpeed controversy around his flashing incident in 2023?
IShowSpeed's viral flashing incident recently marked one year since it occurred. For those who need a jog down memory lane, during a stream in August 2023, the streamer was playing the popular survival horror game titled Five Nights at Freddy's.
At one point, the YouTuber was jump-scared by one of the in-game characters named Chica. In his usual animated style, Speed jumped up from his chair, but in doing so, he accidentally flashed his private parts, live in front of tens of thousands of viewers.
Naturally, this incident quickly went viral, and the name "IShowMeat" began trending across social media platforms. Following the incident, his father released a full-fledged song about it, which has since garnered over 7.7 million views.
While Speed had previously confronted his father about the song, it's important to note that the entire thing was made in jest, and there wasn't any serious beef between the father and son. The song also featured his half-brother Dian (commonly known as Jamal) and his uncle Wayne.
Aside from singing, DaddySpeed primarily creates content focused on his daily life, including vlogs, challenges, and reaction-based videos. His brother, who is Speed's uncle, is a regular on the channel and features in most of his videos.
