YouTube streamer Darren "IShowSpeed" started his second day of streaming in the Philippines on September 12, 2024, after a chaotic day-one experience. For the majority of his time in the country, Speed was swarmed by fans. From start to finish, the streamer kept having to shift locations to avoid being overwhelmed. However, he finally found some respite at legendary boxer Manny Pacquiao's house.
Speed spent the first twenty minutes of his second day in the Philippines dealing with a mob of fans. After this, he moved to an undisclosed location - a mansion that housed the oldest welterweight world champion in history, Manny Pacquiao. IShowSpeed greeted the boxer, and soon enough, the two were sparring with boxing gloves, ultimately leading to the streamer getting knocked out.
Initially, the bout started playfully, with the two throwing softer punches at each other, not using their full potential. As Speed picked up the pace, landing heavier blows, so did Manny. The video above shows the fight's end, where the former boxer punched the streamer so hard that the latter fell to the floor.
Members from the crowd came forth and did a countdown as the streamer struggled to get up. However, Speed eventually gave up and succumbed to the punch.
He got up, shook hands with Manny, and took a photo with the former boxer in an act of sportsmanship. Afterward, the two sat down to eat Balut, a popular street food in the Philippines that consists of fertilized duck eggs.
The boxer's associates even brought up an incident from Speed's first stream in the country where he was tricked into thinking he had eaten cat meat.
