YouTube star Darren "IShowSpeed" went street drifting during his visit to Malaysia, sitting in the passenger seat beside a skilled driver. The streamer, who was left nerve-wracked after going on the ride, was barely audible, as the car's loud engine drowned out his voice.
Despite not being audible due to his wearing a helmet and the sound of the engine revving, the streamer appeared excited and nervous at the same time during the entire ordeal.
Fans broke IShowSpeed's livestreaming camera during Malaysian IRL stream
IShowSpeed's fans from Malaysia were not letting go of the opportunity to see the streamer live, with many individuals seeking a photo with him or his signature on their belongings. With a large posse of fans following the streamer during his time in Malaysia, he was cornered into a hotel, with some even making their way inside and chanting his name.
Pushing through the large crowd with the help of his security detail, IShowSpeed was able to reach his vehicle. Eventually, his cameraperson, Slipz, revealed that the camera they had been using to livestream was damaged by fans in the process. This elicited a concerned reaction from the 19-year-old content creator, who stated:
"They broke the camera too? Nah, bro. Nah, bro. Nah, bro! See chat, this is not how it- No, bro! No! No, bro! That's not the way!... C'mon Malaysia!"
IShowSpeed's influence seems to be reaching new heights during his Southeast Asia tour, with some fans even undertaking dangerous antics to get the streamer's attention. One of them seemingly crashed their motorcycle while trying to catch up with IShowSpeed's car, leaving the creator worried and confused. He was unable to determine if the crash had indeed taken place.
