Streaming superstars Darren "IShowSpeed" and Kai Cenat are all set to host another major collaborative stream together. They discussed the upcoming collaboration over a video call, during IShowSpeed's broadcast on YouTube on July 27, 2024.

The two initially contemplated whether they wanted to do a normal run of the game but decided to pursue a hardcore run of the game after IShowSpeed's viewers pursued him to do so. Although the two have not decided the exact date for the live stream, it will be hosted at Kai Cenat's house.

Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed will do a nonstop Minecraft Hardcore livestream

Talking to Kai Cenat via video call, IShowSpeed asked the Twitch streamer to set up his house to allow for the pair to hold a Minecraft live stream. However, the conversation between Kai and Speed then diverted to whether they would be able to sustainably do a hardcore playthrough of the game.

Talking about the potential barriers they could run into while hosting the hardcore run, Kai said:

"I think if we both die, we gotta start over."

Speed was not amused after hearing this, stating:

"Oh my God. Oh my God."

Kai Cenat also conveyed that he would not like to reach near the end of the game, just to have to start all over again, in case they die in the process. However, he stated that if Speed wanted to "really, really lock in," they could pursue the Hardcore mode. Unable to decide, Speed left it up to his broadcast's chat to decide for them. He said:

"Alright chat, hardcore or normal mode? Hardcore or normal? Hardcore or normal?"

Discussing the time duration that they would have to stream for to be able to complete the game in Hardcore mode, Kai Cenat speculated that it may end up becoming IShowSpeed's longest stream ever:

"It might take like a week and a half, bro, or a week. It might take a week, or five days, bro. I'm not gonna lie, bro. So, we will have to lock in, bro. Like, we will have to lock in... One hundred percent, that will be your longest stream. Ever. Ever."

Finally deciding upon doing the Hardcore run, IShowSpeed said:

"F**k it, set it up!"

Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed recently held a collaborative stream, where they played the viral indie title called Chained Together. The pair added their unique twist to it by actually chaining themselves to each other, making them quite literally chained together.
