Popular YouTube streamer Darren "IShowSpeed" has traveled to Madrid to reportedly re-enact Cristiano Ronaldo's viral video from 2015 where the famous footballer disguises and plays football in the streets. Darren is a big fan of Cristiano's and intends to do the same.

Photos of the streamer using makeup and a fake beard with a wig have garnered significant traction on social media after they were shared by X user Speedy Updates.

IShowSpeed was allegedly filming in Madrid to recreate Cristiano Ronaldo's undercover football video

The 19-year-old YouTube streamer has seen great success worldwide, recently crossing 24 million subscribers on the platform thanks to his entertaining broadcasts. While he does a variety of things on stream including IRL content and video games, he is primarily known for his football content.

Fans of IShowSpeed are well aware of his obsession with Cristiano Ronaldo, and it appears that his latest shenanigans have brought him to Madrid to supposedly recreate one of the footballer's videos. For those unaware, in 2015, the Portuguese footballer disguised himself with makeup and wigs and took to the streets of the Spanish capital to promote Monster's Roc headphones.

The video of an undercover Ronaldo impressing people on the streets with his footballing skills went viral at the time, garnering a lot of attention. And now IShowSpeed reportedly wanted to do the same in the streets of Madrid, and pictures of him in a wig and fake beard have gone viral among his supporters.

What's more, although he may not be as famous as his idol, Darren got recognized by the people while he was undercover. A clip of him taking pictures with a swarm of fans is also being shared on social media.

It should be noted that IShowSpeed was not livestreaming during the stunt. Thus fans are expecting a full-blown video to be released on his official YouTube channel soon. However, no official timeline or release date has been announced by the streamer as of now.
