In his latest Twitch livestream, Kai Cenat called up rapper Ice Spice, and IShowSpeed played a prank on her by pretending to be soccer star Harry Maguire. The resulting interaction quickly went viral on social media, amassing millions of views as fans shared clips on X.
Kai Cenat has a history of collaborating with celebrities, and Ice Spice is one of them. The rapper appeared on Cenat's Twitch stream last month when he was living in a U-Haul after getting kicked out of the AMP house in NYC.
During his ongoing Hardcore Minecraft Marathon with IShowSpeed, Cenat called up Ice Spice so that the YouTube star could talk to her. However, the content creator decided to troll Ice Spice and started talking to her in different voice:
"I have seen your name in his contacts and I just have a question. Not to be rude or anything, I am not like a weird fan, I am not like a weird person or anything. I just have a question for you Ms. Ice."
Ice Spice was taken aback at IShowSpeed's words and asked him to identify himself. The streamer took the joke to another level and claimed to be Manchester United defender Harry Maguire:
"My name is Harry, Harry Maguire."
"Kai stop it": Ice Spice gets irritated after IShowSpeed pranks her from Kai Cenat's phone
IShowSpeed is not very far behind in high-profile collaborations, considering he is one of the most popular streamers on YouTube. A few days ago, he shared a stage with Lil Wayne and Tom Brady at the Fanatics Fest in NYC, even performing a backflip for them.
However, the content creator has never spoken to Ice Spice on camera before, and viewers were looking forward to what he would do after Kai Cenat called her and gave him his phone.
The YouTuber's prank did not go well with the rapper, who thought Cenat was doing a bit:
"What are you talking about? Kai stop it!"
IShowSpeed then asked her:
"No ma'am, it's not Kai. Can you just answer it, please?"
Ice Spice relented, and the streamer claimed that he wanted "one chance" with her:
"If I could have one chance."
The music star was not amused, stating:
"What?!? What are you talking about? Ask your question."
The 19-year-old realized that his prank had come to an end and frantically waved to Cenat, who came close to him and pretended that someone had taken his phone:
"Bro, why are you on my phone? Why are you on my phone? Why are you on my phone? You called Ice?"
IShowSpeed and Kai Cenat have been doing the Hardcore Minecraft marathon for over three days at this point, with the YouTuber reaching 28 million subscribers on the platform during the broadcast.
Ice Spice is not the first music artist to get on a call with the duo in the last couple of days, with Lil Uzi Vert also calling up Kai Cenat in the middle of the stream.
