Twitch streamer Asmongold has been known to critique video games, and some of these hot takes can be controversial, considering how flagrant Asmon can get at times. The streamer tends to amplify the voices of distressed fans of different games and usually, he looks into what a specific community is saying about a game while he's providing his own review.

Most recently, Asmongold spoke on Bethesda's expansion of Starfield, titled Shattered Space. The game was originally released in 2023, and on September 30, fans were able to play additional content, as part of the yearly expansion. Post the release, players were disappointed with what the additions had to offer and Asmon reviewed some of these complaints in a recent live stream.

Using a voice-over, the streamer summarizes the fan sentiments toward Bethesda's latest release:

"Players are furious... after they were promised so much for the low price of $30, instead, players were served a bug-ridden campaign consisting of only eight quests beatable in about four hours."

Asmon also reviewed some analytics fans posted on X, showing that Starfield was played less than Fallout 4, one of Bethesda's most popular game releases, which first hit shelves in 2015:

"It's actually getting outperformed by Fallout 4... the fact that your new game is performing way worse than your old game, I think this is very problematic."

The streamer then went on to express concern about Bethesda's future release, The Elder Scrolls VI, which is an addition to the developer's Elder Scrolls series. It includes fantasy role-playing video games, known for their expansive open-world environments, intricate lore, and deep player-driven storytelling.

Although the official announcement teaser to the game was released back in 2018, fans are still unsure as to when The Elder Scrolls VI will be released. Some estimates indicate it may not arrive until 2026 at the earliest.

Judging by how Starfield is looking, Asmongold's confidence in this highly anticipated release dwindled:

"We'll see what happens right, but my expectations for Elder Scrolls VI is that it will be bad, I'm just going to say it, I think it will be bad. Low expectations, I hope I am pleasantly surprised." (Timestamp - 1:20)

In other news, Asmongold suggested that women should focus on finding a partner during what he refers to as their "prime years."
