FaZe clan member Rani "Stable Ronaldo" appeared on Bradley Martyn's Raw Talk podcast on July 10, 2024. Therein, he discussed the various changes that have taken within FaZe Clan since it was "rebooted" by FaZe CEO Richard "Banks" in April 2024.

Stable Ronaldo explained that the clan is now reduced to individuals who are friends with each other, and not simply "employees" working under a business. Describing how FaZe Clan has changed things around as an organization since the layoffs, Ronaldo stated:

"Yeah, so, basically, FaZe's whole idea is literally just a friend group. Like, if you want to be a part of it, you be a part of it. They got us a house to do it. They got a couple houses for us. But, it's like, the whole revamp is like where FaZe originally was... It's like people who f**k with each other, the whole house f**ks with each other. We all make content with each other. It's like the old FaZe."

Stable Ronaldo became a part of FaZe Clan in 2022 and was one of the members who were retained following the extensive layoffs initiated by FaZe Banks in April. He stated that the creators were now working to create content within the same roof, similar to the first shared home that FaZe Clan had in 2014 in New York.

Further, he stated that the number of individuals affiliated with the organization before the revamp was so high that "nobody" knew who was in FaZe at that time. Explaining how things were before the changes, he stated:

"It was so, like, um, oh, everything needs to be like business, business, business. Sure, its a business at the end of the day, but it was like to the point where it wasn't like a Sideman. It wasn't like an AMP... We like had a warehouse that they were paying for like a - I don't know the business but way over six figures for no reason, filled in with like a hundred employees. It became to the point where it wasn't even like, nobody knew who was in FaZe."

FaZe Stable Ronaldo and Bradley Martyn have had a history before the podcast, having first met each other at Martyn's Zoo Culture Gym. However, their interaction ended with the latter slapping Ronaldo after the streamer grabbed Martyn's hat off his head without permission.
