Jack Doherty crashes McLaren into roadside guardrail after using his phone while driving during livestream
The clip of the moments preceding the crash shows Jack Doherty clearly using his phone while driving his McLaren. As the car eventually slips on the road, which the rain may have had a hand in, the content creator can be heard exclaiming:
"Whoa! Whoa! No, no, no!"
After the car crashes into the guardrail, Doherty and his cameraman could be heard informing each other that their phones had been damaged in the collision. The clip then cuts to show the McLaren's condition after the incident. The vehicle was visibly totaled as the shirtless and rain-soaked streamer kicked it a couple of times in the presence of rescue services.
He said:
"All my money's gone. The exhaust, the whole body kit, my insurance will cover that, right?"
Jack Doherty is known for being involved in controversies, which often erupt due to his actions on-stream. One such incident was his physical altercation with fellow streamer Rangesh "N3on" in June 2024. This dispute ended with Doherty receiving a ban from Kick at the time.
The content creator is also known to often flaunt his wealth, with him often showing off his expensive collection of cars or holding livestreams in his mansion. Another car owned by the streamer is a Lamborghini Urus, which is valued at approximately US$230,000.
