Popular Twitch streamer and FaZe member JasonTheWeen has become the most subscribed Asian content creator on the platform and the fourth most subscribed streamer overall as per TwitchTracker.com. The 20-year-old content creator has amassed more than 79,500 subscriptions, with the ongoing FaZe Clan September Subathon playing a major role.
To those unaware, FaZe content creators such as Nick "Lacy", Alexander "Adapt" and others have been holding non-stop 24/7 subathon streams, that is, streams that run based on the subscriptions being received by the content creator. Each subscription adds some time to the timer counting down to the end of the broadcast, which will run out once no more new subscriptions come in.
FaZe JasonTheWeen becomes fourth most subscribed content creator on Twitch
September 2024 has been a very fruitful month for JasonTheWeen, who, apart from ranking in the top five most subscribed content creators, has also gained nearly 100,000 followers on Twitch. These are massive milestones for the streamer, who gained traction on the website just last year in 2023.
With viral VTuber Iromouse settling well into the top spot on the most subscribed streamers list with an unbelievable 235,000+ concurrent subscriptions, other individuals in the top five such as second-place holder Nicholas "Jynxzi" and third-place holder Kai Cenat have been left much behind with approximately 99,000 subscriptions each.
Right after JasonTheWeen, Case "caseoh_" occupies the fifth spot and holds approximately 78,800 subscriptions as of writing.
Other FaZe members did not get to see the same success as JasonTheWeen in the FaZe's September Subathon. Rani "Stable Ronaldo" was left disappointed after his stream ended prematurely due to a lack of new subscriptions coming and the timer running out as a result. A clip shows the streamer putting his hand on his head as he watches the timer count down, before thanking his friends and logging off.
