Twitch streamer Nicholas Stewart, aka Jynxzi, has finally removed the copyright strike against popular TikToker and YouTuber Jacob "JacobWeeby." For those unaware, Jacob posted a video on YouTube where he imitated the popular streamer. Nicholas later reacted to the video on one of his live streams before issuing a copyright strike. Jacob said:
"It is my original content, but since Jynxzi reacted to my video live on stream I guess it’s his content now. I even gave him credit for the video. I guess he really wants the $100 I made from the video, even though he is a multi-millionaire from his streams."
Yesterday (June 16), Jacob posted an update on the situation, revealing that the Twitch streamer had lifted the strike and reached out to him privately before apologizing. Jacob said:
"As of about 10 minutes ago, Jynxzi has released the copyright claim and he DM'd me and apologized. I just wanted to follow up and be fair and accept his apology publicly and just to be clear, I'm not trying to cancel Jynxzi at all, and I'm not wishing for his downfall."

"I did not expect how much support I got" - JacobWeeby reacts after recent Jynxzi copyright situation
TikToker and YouTuber JacobWeeby released a short video earlier today (June 17) explaining that the situation with the Twitch streamer is now resolved. He also thanked the community for their support and donations. He said:
"Since posting these videos covering the situation, I genuinely did not expect how much support I got. It was absolutely insane. I was not asking for any money but you guys gave me about $370 in superchat donations on YouTube and I'm just incredibly thankful for this."
The YouTuber also recently hit the one million mark in subscriber count on his YouTube channel. In light of this, he said:
"I realized that I never made a video celebrating one million subscribers on YouTube and I suppose I have been caught up, making scripts and creating content for you guys that I just didn't even think about this but I just want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for one million subscribers."
Jynxzi hasn't publicly responded to this, but it's evident from Jacob's video that it was his management/agency, acting on behalf of the streamer, that filed the copyright strike. However, it appears the issue has now been resolved.
