Twitch star Kai Cenat called out fellow creator Nicholas "Jynxzi" for his recent YouTube video which supposedly showcases the latter beating Elden Ring. For context, Jynxzi had previously given up on his goal to finish the entirety of the FromSoftware title in one stream, in a fashion similar to Kai Cenat.
Implying Jynxzi's video is not authentic, Kai Cenat stated that "nobody believes" that Jynxzi had managed to finish the game and beat Malenia, Blade of Miquella, one of the toughest bosses in-game:
"Nobody believes this sh**. Yeah, I said it! Yeah, I f**king said it! Yeah! Jynxzi! Nobody believes you actually beat Elden Ring, bro. I don't believe it, I don't!"
Kai Cenat states Jynxzi should have used a "controller cam" for his Elden Ring YouTube video
Kai Cenat beat Elden Ring, which is known for its difficulty, back in May 2024 after holding a marathon livestream lasting for over 160 hours. Not only that, a month later in June, Cenat went on to beat the game's DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, as well. The DLC was completed by Cenat after 99 hours and a whopping 1,070 deaths.
Kai Cenat stated that Jynxzi should have made provisions for a separate camera which was pointed at his game controller, such that his attempt to beat the game could be authenticated. While asking his chat for approval, said:
"You literally should have had a controller cam. Facts, or nah, chat? Facts or nah? Facts or nah?... I don't believe this bullsh**. Get the f**k out of here, n***a!"
In June 2024, Kai Cenat trolled Jynxzi when the latter had rage quit and subsequently abandoned his Elden Ring marathon after only 49 hours in, a relatively smaller number of hours as compared to Kai Cenat. After Jynxzi put up a post on X, stating that Cenat had "won", the latter replied and claimed that he "owned" Jynxzi.
