Twitch megastar Kai Cenat has recently come out of an incredibly successful streaming marathon, dubbed Mafiathon 2. This "subathon" involved around-the-clock, 24/7 streaming for 30 days, and in the process, the streamer gained over 725,000 active subscribers — a new world record. Now, it seems Cenat is ready to get back into marathon streaming following a recent announcement.

The streamer announced that he will be playing the famous Batman Arkham trilogy live on his Twitch channel as a "gaming marathon".

"Batman, the trilogy": Kai Cenat announces upcoming gaming marathon

The Batman: Arkham game trilogy, developed by Rocksteady Studios, is a highly acclaimed series that immerses players in the world of Batman. The trilogy consists of three main games: Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, and Batman: Arkham Knight.

Essentially, Cenat stated that he discussed his plans to dive into the Batman trilogy with individuals who have already completed it:

"The next gaming marathon I'm doing is Batman, the trilogy, okay? Batman the trilogy. I am in good talks with some people [who have] done Batman before."

Cenat's previous gaming subathons, including Bloodborne and Elden Ring, were massive hits on his channel. These series are a testament to the streamer's versatility since his content revolves around both Just Chatting and gaming on Twitch.

Notably, while playing Bloodborne on his stream in August 2024, Kai Cenat spoke about a potential Arkham Knight gameplay marathon:

"In the future, the Arkham Batman are highly requested. I'm currently searching for an underground Batcave, to put my set up in and get me a batmobile... who knows chat? Who f*cking knows?"

Considering Cenat beat Elden Ring, which is widely considered to be one of the hardest games of all time, the Batman Trilogy shouldn't pose as much of a challenge.

That being said, fans always find it entertaining when the streamer starts a new gaming series. Notably, the trilogy has been widely acclaimed and lauded across the games industry, with Arkham Asylum holding a 91/100, Arkham City boasting a 96/100, and Arkham Knight sitting at an 87/100 on Metacritic.

As of writing, the streamer has yet to announce a date for the marathon.
